“Amazing adventurous hike and swim in the rain forest. Often crawling up or down hill. Dress in shorts or leggings and shirt that you can swim in. Our guide Andrea was so accommodating to our group and gave us each time to do the activities we wanted to participate in. We even had a group member but hang in the water swimming while the others did the jumping, sliding and swinging! I’m so happy we did the small group tour and didn’t attempt finding our way on our own, or be restricted within a large group.”
